Passionate about assertive, effective and unifying verbal, non-verbal and non-violent communication (NVC) for the past 15 years, Claire leads Mentallyfit conferences and team coaching sessions with unfailing enthusiasm.

To enable groups to develop their potential and lead them to individual and collective performance, she draws inspiration from both: Her professional background:

• Interpretation, management, profile study and optimization of the nervous system


• Her experiences in the world of sport: mental preparation, energy and effort management, perseverance


• And her experience as a firefighter: team spirit, commitment, stress management and dealing with the unexpected.

Convinced that there is a strong link between the worlds of sport and business, Claire joined the Mentally Fit France & Switzerland team in 2022.
