My Chinh has more than 15 years of work experience in both public and private sectors in Vietnam. Her main experience includes building strategies and execution plans for standardizing the professional & management competencies for the key job roles, line managers, middle managers, top executive management team as well as the talent pool of the local banks & big corporations via certified training, coaching, conferences, exchange programs. She has also managed two different training & coaching institutes in Vietnam with the mission to enhance the competencies of local human capital in accordance with the international standards. My Chinh strongly believes that leadership coaching could be the way to support her clients, her colleagues, her loved ones and herself to achieve success with happiness.
