Letizia holds a degree in Economics from the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy. She has solid experience in international environments, achieved in the past acting as HR vice president at a multinational level. She works as people transformation advisor, adjunct professor at a Business School and as an ICF Coach, trusting people development potential. As “Manimal Approach” founder she included her horse riding passion and her dog training certification (ENCI) to develop an experience-based training on social skills.
