After 15 years’ experience as a sports coach for professional teams at Antibes, Chalon-sur-Saone and Alliance Sport Alsace, Julien ESPINOSA joins Mentally Fit to bring his expertise in individual and team coaching.
His success as a manager at the highest level of French basketball (2 times winner of the playoffs to reach the First Division), the man who holds the record for being the earliest coach of a professional basketball team (at the age of 27), has now turned his attention to corporate coaching, bringing the magic of teamwork and organization to all groups who wish to experience it as part of their corporate project.
A competitor and athlete in his private life, he has taken on several challenges at the Nice Triathlon and Ironman since 2016, and offers inspiring talks on developing energy and collective coherence within your company.
