Thanks to his peculiar set of experiences he is able to transpose elite sport mentality into business, accompanying several Fortune 500 corporations in their quest for cultural evolution and sustainable performance. Prior to joining Mentally Fit’s team he positively impacted Abercrombie & Fitch’s European expansion as General Manager, driving a multimillion-dollar business and leading 3000+ employees.

Today Flavio is CEO & owner of Mentally Fit Latin America and together with his team of experts he is energising top performers throughout the region. His academic career in communication sciences allowed him to shape a scientific vision on human interactions stimulating his interest to study how human beings can better thrive at individual, team and organizational level.

In his career as professional athlete he played basketball in Italy while in parallel he was also dedicated to young talents’ development as a basketball head coach. The secret of success for Flavio?
