Throughout her career, she has worked with clients and partners across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe, consistently driving business growth and building long-term relationships. 

After years of working closely with organisations and leadership teams, she became increasingly interested in the human side of performance. Alongside her commercial background, she developed a strong interest in coaching, psychology, and human development.  She believes in the power of coaching to create healthier, more engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
