BIO

After a 15-year career in corporate businesses (Procter & Gamble, General Electric…) Jan has joined the Mentally Fit team as business and team coach.


Performing in various positions in diverse functions, first as an expert, later as a leader managing teams, Jan brings valuable insights in business coaching area. Keen on sport, Jan is really enthusiastic about the connection of coaching and philosophy of sport. In the concept of Mentally Fit the sport principles add a very powerful content to his coaching approach. The passion for sport and coaching and rich experience in business area give Jan a great background for the mission. Jan coaches individuals and teams in sports and business.


Jan is passionate for sports in general, which is obvious from the variety of sports he has active experience in. Each sport can also teach us new skills and competences: swimming (hard work, endurance…), squash (dynamics…), basketball (team spirit…), orienteering (keep rational capacity under physical pressure…), beach volleyball (mental toughness and concentration…)
