BIO

Jayne is a qualified coach and ICF member and as a self-confessed lifelong learner, she is currently completing an MSc in Personalised Nutrition. She has a PG Dip in Coaching & Mentoring, a Dip MS/MBA in Management and is a qualified yoga teacher.  


Jayne began her career in medical microbiology but soon found out that she enjoyed working with people more than staring down a microscope so went on to have a successful 14 year career in high-end technology sales and sales management for Panasonic, IBM and several high-growth startup companies before taking a career break to bring up her 3 sons. 


Needing some intellectual stimulation whilst juggling motherhood, Jayne went on to found and run an award winning e-commerce company which she ran for 12 years.  Jayne has always worked in very high pressure sales environments and along with running a high-growth e-commerce company knows first hand the importance of looking after your own personal resilience and wellbeing to support your career and your teams. 


As a coach Jayne takes a holistic approach to improve personal resilience looking at diet, exercise, stress management and mindfulness to support coaching outcomes. She has worked on many wellbeing and coaching projects for large global corporations at all levels up to C-Suite. Jayne uses evidence-based research to support her client engagements and coaching and offers practical and memorable tools to help embed new habits. 


In her spare time Jayne enjoys family time, music, walking, reading, yoga and driving fast cars!
