BIO
After 15 years of experience as team member and team leader for the Argentina Hockey National Team, reaching the ultimate top through the Olympic Gold medal in Rio during the 2016 Olympics, he shares his best practices on team management and performance management. As business coach, he finds it fascinating to lead and manage individuals and teams under high pressure.
During his 15 years of top sports performance, he had the opportunity to guide young talents during their first steps with the National Squad. As Senior player, the talent detection of the young athletes and their personal stretch to join the elite level was part of his dedication for the team. Being a professional athlete makes you work through every detail to perform on a high level during a long time period. That is what makes the difference between a good player/team and a great one. For him it is all about getting the best out of people, both in sports and in the corporate world.
