Jordi has always been passionate about sports and management.

Both his personal life and professional experience drove him to become a Mentally Fit coach. He lived the business spirit at home, where the centennial company founded by his great-grandfather was part of his daily reality since he was born. This pushed him to study Business Administration and to pursue a large professional career, culminating in more than 20 years as CEO and General Manager of multinational companies.

He successfully developed business in companies like EY, Pierre Fabre, ADP and Meta4 in Spain but also in France, Portugal, Switzerland and Poland.

After so many years leading businesses, promoting talent and building high performance teams, he felt ready to give back some of his learning and experiences to entrepreneurs and companies facing challenges. So he co-founded a consulting firm focused on executive support and strategy and started coaching prior to join Mentally Fit.

Jordi is a very sporty man. Sport has been a vital element in his life. He always says that sport is as, or even more, important for mental and emotional balance than for physical. His main sport is roller hockey but he also practices mountain biking and running. His motto “it’s when I exercise that I see things clearly” has been a guide alongside his professional career, supporting him in developing his leadership.

The family business values of resilience, commitment and focus, together with the positive thinking and teaming of sports, are the key elements that Jordi combines in his coaching sessions to effectively motivate teams, organizations and individuals.
