Jira has been working in the corporate sector for approximately 15 years. During this time, Jira has been able to grow and learn from every company and leader she has worked with, and from the opportunity to lead teams that she has been given. Currently, Jira is the Project Manager for Mentally Fit Latam, managing projects with esteemed partners such as DHL Global Forwarding, Page Group Latam, adidas Latam, among others.

She believes that the most important thing in an office is the culture. There must be a good work environment in which the employee is allowed to do their job, in a comfortable place, where they can grow and be emotionally healthy.

Jira has traversed through various sectors, going from strategic and business communications companies to a hotel chain (and some other companies in between). She has held numerous roles including Account Executive, Team Leader, Content Coach, Supervisor, Manager. From all these opportunities she has learned about herself, but above all, she has come to understand that you must do things with passion and dedication, have fun and give the best of yourself. Her diverse experience has helped her immensely in her current role, contributing to the success of Mentally Fit Latam.
